REAL ESTATE
We have successfully represented large-scale mixed-use, municipal, commercial, and industrial developments including advising HBCU Presidents on expanding the use of public-private partnerships.
GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS
With strong ties to members of the United States Congress— particularly the Congressional Black Caucus—our Government Affairs team has represented organizations such New Jersey Urban Mayor’s Association, as well as numerous pharmaceutical and biotech companies throughout the country.
LITIGATION
We have successfully negotiated settlements related to some of the nation’s most complex legal matters, including representing the United States of America in relation to the cleanup on the World Trade Center site post 9/11.
HEALTH & CANNABIS
We have secured preferential rights for formerly incarcerated individuals to open cannabis dispensaries.
EDUCATION & NONPROFIT
We have provided counsel to the majority of urban school districts in New Jersey including representing Patterson Board of Education in the development of Hinchliffe Stadium.
