SLG represents KS Group in the redevelopment of a site within the MX-1 (Mixed-Use Residential & Commercial) Zone in Newark, New Jersey.


The project involves the demolition of an existing commercial building and the construction of a new six-story multifamily building consisting of 77 residential units and 15 off-street parking spaces in a first-floor garage.


Our team successfully secured amended Site Plan approval, which included a density variance and a two-year extension of time for development. We continue to assist the client with ensuring ongoing compliance with zoning and land use regulations.
