SLG represents KS Group in connection with the proposed development of a seven-story mixed-use building located at 66 South Orange Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.
The project is expected to include 150 residential units, ground-floor commercial retail space, dedicated amenity areas, and 57 parking spaces.
The development has not yet been constructed, and our firm continues to provide counsel on zoning and land use compliance, is assisting with securing municipal approvals, including land use and a pending PILOT application, and is advising on strategic development considerations.
